Delivery & Refunds Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Pasma. However, there may occasionally be times when you will need to return items to us.

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched.

 

1. EASY RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to return some merchandise, please call us on +353 (0) 41 6858511 and we will be able to assist you further with your returns and requests for RMA.

In order for us to process your return efficiently, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) before returning any items to us.

Please note that a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) is REQUIRED to be included with all returns. In order to obtain this authorisation please contact us at the number listed above.

We allow returns for refunds from fourteen days from the day of delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. Any products returned outside of this policy will not be accepted for any kind of credit.

We are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed upon payment.

Please allow standard delivery timing of 3-5 business days for your return to arrive in our shop and up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our shop. Please note that it may take your credit card bank longer to apply the credit to which we have no control over after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

If you wish to exchange a product that you purchased at a promotional price you will be required to pay the difference between the new order and the previous order.

If you were charged a delivery fee on your original order, then this delivery charge cannot be refunded unless goods supplied were faulty or the incorrect goods were delivered. If you were not charged delivery on your original order then the normal delivery and handling fee will be subtracted from store credits and refunds unless goods supplied are faulty or wrongly delivered.

The goods are to be returned at your cost and are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and to be absolutely sure the items arrive back to our returns section, you should use a tracking service.

 

2. EXCHANGE

No refund can be issued until we have the product in our shop that you are requesting the refund on.

If at any point during the first fourteen days from the delivery of your order you wish to receive a full refund you can contact us on +353 (0) 41 6858511.

No exchange will be processed until we have the product which you are requesting to be exchanged in our possession.

Instalment Plan Terms and Conditions

At Pasma, we are delighted to offer you with the option to avail of an instalment plan online.

For that reason, we need to have some gentle terms and conditions to go along with our amazingly popular in-store instalment plans.

The number one thing to remember is to talk to us. If you need assistance with your instalment plan or have questions or concerns, simply call us on 041 6858511 or email us at info@pasmashoes.com.

Here are some guidelines to help you along:

1. We ask for a 25% payment up front and this is considered your first instalment.

2. You have a maximum of 90 days to pay the balance and we may email or call you along the way as a gentle reminder. (Please note, we can negotiate extensions to the plan during the plan so please do not be afraid to contact us to discuss at any time).

3. We ask that you pay your instalments to Pasma by credit card online however you may also call us on the phone or make a payment in store.

4. We do not charge interest on this scheme.

5. In the event that you have failed to contact us or make a payment on your item, it may be offered back out for sale to another customer. Please understand that we are an independent business and to have an item “off sale” for a long period of time without payments is damaging to us.

6. If you decide to cancel your deposit within fourteen days of placing it, your refund will be issued as a gift card for use against any other item in store.

7. If you decide to cancel your deposit outside fourteen day period, we will be forced to retain 20% of any deposit paid. This is extremely important to note, as this is non negotiable. For example if your deposit was €100, we would refund €80.

9. Please note that by making your first instalment, it is implied that you have agreed to these terms and conditions from Pasma.
